Setting up a new division for creative and delivery. Key point of contact across product, marketing, creative for all beauty activity. Cross-functional program management across different departments: art direction, graphics, point of sale, digital, content production. Led a team of project managers and creatives. My role was to foster creativity to support business strategy, team collaboration and integrated project output.

Helping hospitality clients create a thriving online business and leverage a multi-channel marketing approach. I’ve had the chance to travel extensively during this time which I truly loved.
